Well we tick all of the right boxes when it comes to having accreditations and standards. Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is a state of the art high security facility that is one of the few BT Redcare approved centres in the entire country (it’s actually designed to be bomb proof too). We monitor alarms from not just the northwest but from across the UK. We have a range of clients with a range of control measures in place too. From calling a home owner if their alarm is tripped through to dispatching security guarding staff and informing the Police.
Our ARC staff are experts in their field on any one shift the Control Room Staff will have in excess of 50 years combined practical experience. So if the worst ever does happen you can be confident that you’re in the safest hands.
